The Catholic Parishes of Dungog & Gresford acknowledge the Gringai clan of the Woromi people and their deep and abiding relationship to the land on which we live and work. We acknowledge their cultural heritage and beliefs, pay our respects to their Elders - past, present, and emerging - and commit ourselves to working together for reconciliation and justice.

The Catholic Parishes of Dungog & Gresford acknowledge the lifelong trauma of abuse victims and survivors and their families; the failure of the Catholic Church to protect, believe and respond justly to children and adults at risk; and the consequent breaches of community trust. We commit ourselves to ensuring that our Parishes, and its activities, are safe for children and vulnerable people.
