Following the death of Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI last weekend, the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle will gather on Wednesday, 4 January in Sacred Heart Cathedral, Hamilton, for a Mass of Thanksgiving for his life and ministry. The Mass will commence at 6 pm.
All members of the Diocesan community are invited to gather in our Cathedral Church for this occasion.
Please Note:
As a result of the Diocesan celebration, the usual 5.30 pm Mass in St Mary’s, Dungog will not take place on Wednesday, 4 January.
